Baden-Württemberg-Award


The German Amateur Radio Club (DARC) e.V., local group (OV) Ertingen, DOK P57, publishes this diploma on the 50th jubilee of the federal state Baden-Wuerttemberg in the south-west of Germany, which can be applied by radio amateurs and accordingly by SWLs.


The diploma applicant has to fulfill following conditions with QSOs after January 1st, 2002:

1. Working stations from Baden-Württemberg (see DOK-list above) with station from both districts:
German stations:   50 QSO, a minimum of 15 per district,
European stations: 35 QSO, a minimum of 10 per district,
DX-stations:          20 QSO, a minimum of 5 per district.

2. Including a maximum of 5 stations with special-DOK from Baden-Wuerttemberg as a joker is allowed.


Every station (call) count once per band. All bands and modes except packet radio are allowed. All station with the following DOK are allowed:

Baden: A 01 - A 53, Z 06, Z 09, Z 26, Z 29, Z48.

Wuerttemberg: P 01 - P 62, Z 17, Z 18, Z 46, Z 49, Z 55, Z 58, Z 66, Z 68.


The award application is sent with a confirmed list of existing QSL cards (GCR list) and with the fee of:
- DL: 5,00 Euro + postage DL (about 1,60 Euro) =  6,60 Euro
- EU: 5,00 Euro + postage EU (about 3,70 Euro) =  8,70 Euro or 12 US-Dollar
- DX: 5,00 Euro + postage DX (about 3,70 Euro) =  12 US-Dollar

(September 2002, from DH8BM. The diploma is 210 x 297 mm largely, it is a four-colored print on 100 gram heavy, white paper and laminated. It shows a 14 x 14 cm large map from Baden-Wuerttemberg. The certificate was recognized on the club-meeting DARC in September, 2002.)
